A few reminders and updates...

📅 Diary Changes -

I think I have managed to speak to all regular customers regarding day/times, from January we are having a little change around in our schedule to fit all new customers in. You will all have a message before January 1st with new days and times ✅️

🔥 Oven Cleans (for regular customers)

Oven Cleans will now have an additional charge - it is not part of a standard clean and will be added as extra to your invoice.

• £25 when added to your usual clean

• £20 if trays & racks are soaked in Oven Pride the night before - gets better results when soaked longer.

(This is on top of our usual hourly rate)

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Reminder of the cancellation policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. ALL cancellations made by the customer with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the booked clean - no exceptions will be made going forward. Spaces cannot always be filled last minute. If the fee is not paid, you risk losing your slot.

And finally

📝 Invoice Payments

All invoices are to be paid the same day or within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be chasing payments. Any late payments will incur an additional £5 fee on the next invoice
